problems with application form

hi guys.

im trying to send my application form but it keeps coming up with:
Form failed to submit. The following error(s) occured:
The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed.

i was just wondering if you guys know what im doing wrong and how to fix it

Well im not sure about the error but i did get it ..... like 5 times :th_yes:. I will look into it thanks for the heads up.
